EAA Chapter 180 March meeting                                                                                          3/27/91 Vice-President Bob Reeves opened the meeting at 7:40PM with the Pledge to the Flag.  29 members and guests were present. Secretary's Report:  The minutes of the February meeting were accepted as printed in the newsletter. Treasurer's Report:  Our Treasurer, Mike Barnett, reported a balance of $ 407.50.  He also announced our supply of 1991 EAA calendars are now on sale for only $ 6.00. Bob had a schedule for volunteers to sign up for Sun 'n Fun.  He also received in the mail an announcement for an upcoming fly-in/drive-in in Pasco County.  EAA Chapter 791 of New Port Richey is putting on the event Saturday, April 27th, 10AM until ? , at 'Pilot Country' Airport on S.R. 52, 1/2 mile east of S.R. 41. No decision has yet been made as to the fate of Buchan Field according to Millar Brainard who attended a public meeting concerning the airport recently.  Also attending that meeting was Ray Hoey who suggested our chapter select a representative to support aviation interests at future public meetings.  A vote was taken, and Ray Hoey was chosen to represent Chapter 180 as ad hoc Chairman at public meetings on airports. After a break for refreshments, brought this month by Bud Hawkins, the group watched the 1990 Sun 'n Fun video. Bob Reeves closed the meeting at 9:16PM. Respectfully submitted, Rolf Bostrom, Secretary
